In Japan there is a dog that lives for almost 25 years, and is the oldest dog, Guinness Book of world records also recognize the dog is a dog with the longest living dog in the world.
Pu stands for Pusuke is a mixed breed dogs that live with Yumiko Shinohara, a housewife from Sakura, Japan. As quoted from www.yomiuri.co.jp megindo.net, Pu was born in March 1985 in the houses of relatives Yumiko. This can be evidenced through a local pet register that keeps track of every birth and death of a pet locally.
Pu has lived most of his life as a dog with daily exercise, sometimes eat cakes and snacks, and of course, eat two meals a day. Pu almost had a hoarse two years ago. However, in the summer of 2008 he was sandwiched by a car and are not expected to survive. He managed to survive after a few hours through the surgery, and finally returned to his position as a guard dog Yumiko.
Yumiko, 41, Pu has had since he was 16 years old. “He was like my son. I do not know why he lived so long, but I’ll take care of so that he could live until he was 30 years,” he told the Daily Yomiuri.
